About The Position

The Full Stack Developer is a hands on, full stack engineer responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications and integrations that enable critical business operations. This role spans backend systems, frontend UI, and integration layers, delivering secure, scalable, and high quality solutions that meet business needs. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical execution, effective problem solving abilities, and the ability to work successfully within a large scale enterprise environment that requires adherence to governance, compliance, and security standards. The role includes partial ownership of technical solutions and active participation in design and architectural discussions.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience architecting, designing, implementing, and delivering cloud-native applications and distributed systems.
  • 4+ years of software development experience, preferably using Java, Spring Boot, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.
  • Experience building and integrating AI-powered applications and services.
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems, RESTful APIs, databases, and security best practices.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and managing REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of web and API security frameworks.
  • Experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server), NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DocumentDB), vector databases, Kafka, caching, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), and data pipeline design.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • UI development experience using React and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute effectively within a cross-functional team.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • 4+ years of software engineering experience

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications and cloud-native microservices.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Actively contribute to software development efforts by writing, reviewing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and secure code.
  • Design and implement solutions leveraging LLMs, Generative AI, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and deliver business outcomes.
  • Integrate AI/ML services and APIs into enterprise applications while following engineering and security best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
