Full Stack Software Engineer, Data

SpaceXStarbase, TX, TX

About The Position

The application software team at SpaceX is the central nervous system, creating mission-critical applications that accelerate launch vehicle production and flights, as well as systems for Starlink's worldwide internet service. This role involves creating systems to analyze data from rocket launches, factory production, and Starlink's satellite constellation, including point-in-time analysis, historical analysis, and machine learning. The team collaborates closely with engineers across the company on systems related to crewed launches, Starship flights, and Starlink network changes. While aerospace experience is not required, the company seeks smart, motivated, and collaborative engineers who enjoy problem-solving and want to make an impact. Engineers will have full ownership of challenging problems, working with a team to design and produce solutions that drive SpaceX towards its goals at a rapid pace. The success of SpaceX missions depends on the software produced by this team.
