Full Stack Software Developer
About The Position
YuJa, Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to join their team. This role involves designing, developing, and testing software solutions within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have strong programming experience with Java (J2EE), Enterprise Java Beans (EJBs), Java Server Pages (JSP), Java Servlets, JDBC, Eclipse, and JBoss web server. They should be comfortable handling various technologies including Java, C++, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android, network programming, database design, algorithm analysis, and cloud servers. The position requires experience in building and designing distributed software systems, including network protocols like HTTP, HTTPS, and TCP-IP, as well as experience with both Windows Server and Linux-based server systems. Foundational MySQL database experience with Java connectivity through JDBC is also necessary. The role is office-based with standard Monday to Friday hours and is exclusively directed towards candidates already in Canada.
Requirements
- Strong software design, development, and testing skills.
- Programming experience with Java (J2EE), Enterprise Java Beans (EJBs), Java Server Pages (JSP), Java Servlets, JDBC, Eclipse and JBoss web server.
- Experience with Java, C++, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android, network programming, database design, algorithm analysis, or cloud servers.
- Experience building and designing distributed software systems including experience with network protocols – HTTP, HTTPS, and TCP-IP.
- Experience working with both Windows Server and Linux-based server systems.
- Foundational MySQL database experience including Java connectivity through JDBC.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong academic performance with at least 80%+ overall in relevant computer science/engineering coursework.
- Candidates must already be in Canada.
