Hybrid/Local Full Stack Salesforce/.Net Developer (15+)
About The Position
The Department of Children and Families (DCF) is seeking a senior-level Full Stack Developer to support its mission-critical applications, CT-KIND and IV-E, Connecticut's Federally-reimbursed Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System (SACWIS). This role involves participating in various SDLC processes, including requirements verification, design, development, testing, maintenance, and support activities. The developer will focus on supporting existing custom Salesforce applications and participating in the SDLC for the new CT-KIND system, working with a System Integrator to ensure knowledge transfer and ongoing maintenance of solutions for specific modules. DCF Information Systems provides technology expertise and services to the agency's approximately 3,300 employees, aiming to improve technology services that are cost-effective and of high quality.
Requirements
- 10 or more years of prior experience demonstrating knowledge and skills in Solution Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Must be able to code APEX OOP and know design patterns.
- Must have advanced knowledge of Salesforce development (OOP, Design patterns).
- Experience with .NET OOP and SOA.
- Experience with JavaScript Frameworks.
- Experience with SQL.
- Experience with End-to-End Web Development.
- Expertise in AGILE Development Methodology (10+ Years).
- Expertise in Microsoft .NET Framework (10+ Years).
- Expertise in Responsive Design Patterns (10+ Years).
- Expertise in Web Services and Windows Services (10+ Years).
- Expertise in C# (10+ Years).
- Expertise in JavaScript (10+ Years).
- Expertise in Design patterns (10+ Years).
- Advanced Presentation skills (7-9 Years).
- Advanced Team work skills (7-9 Years).
- Must be very organized, pro-active and self-directed.
- Must be a self-starter and driven.
- Must drive the work from requirements to implementation.

Responsibilities
- Serve in the capacity of a Developer participating in various SDLC processes including requirements verification, design and development, testing, maintenance, and support activities.
- Support existing custom Salesforce applications.
- Participate in the SDLC process of the new CT-KIND system.
- Work with the System Integrator to ensure the transfer of knowledge and on-going maintenance of the solution for a given module.
- Design and development of Salesforce APEX, Lightning pages, Visual Force Pages.
- Full stack development including Salesforce, OOP, CRUD, Design patterns, Configuration, SOQL.
- Provide analysis/requirements to integrate applications.
- Work on all phases of SDLC and create/maintain required technical documentation.
- Share experience and judgment with the team to plan and accomplish goals.
- Mentor less experienced staff.
