About The Position

Crunchbase is seeking a Full Stack Product Manager, Investor Platform & Internal AI Tools to enhance its value proposition for investors and venture ecosystem participants. This role involves developing investor-facing product experiences and feedback loops, as well as building internal AI-powered tools to boost operational efficiency. The position requires hands-on technical execution, including writing, debugging, deploying, and maintaining code using AI-assisted development approaches. The goal is to create production-ready internal systems that are reliable, documented, secure, observable, and maintainable. Key responsibilities include building and evolving investor-facing products, establishing feedback mechanisms, acting as the voice of investors, translating feedback into product requirements, and identifying opportunities to improve investor engagement. Additionally, the role involves identifying and replacing manual workflows with scalable internal systems, designing and implementing tools that integrate data, AI models, and automation, and deploying these tools in limited-access internal environments. The product manager will own the ongoing maintenance, debugging, documentation, and improvement of these internal tools, ensuring they are reliable, secure, observable, and maintainable. The role also encompasses defining product opportunities, user problems, business requirements, and success metrics, prioritizing initiatives, and managing delivery from discovery through launch and optimization. A significant aspect is the full-stack product development, which involves writing, modifying, debugging, and maintaining code using AI-assisted workflows, building prototypes, and integrating various components into functional workflows. Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, Engineering, Revenue, and Operations teams is crucial, as is direct engagement with investors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
