About The Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated engineer to play a vital role in shaping our product and technology stack. As a critical member of our engineering team, you will have a unique opportunity to work directly with customers, influence the direction of our technology and product, build a robust, scalable platform, and help us scale the company to $100M+ in ARR. Given we are a fast-paced, early-stage startup, we are looking for team members who thrive in ambiguity, will enthusiastically learn, grow, and debate with others, and are hungry to tackle complex problems with a world-class team. Your initial responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Full-stack development with Python (Django) and Javascript (React, Next.js) Collaborating with other engineers and customers to rapidly evolve the product Delivering simple end-to-end solutions that solve the pains of school fundraisers Helping us scale the product sustainably to hit $1M+ ARR Growing together with us for years to come as we scale from $1M to $100M+ in ARR

Requirements

7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer
Prior experience designing, building, and shipping software used by millions of users
Expertise in TypeScript, React, NextJS, Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong product sense with a customer-centric, iterative approach to software development
A collaborative approach to software development and strong teamwork skills

Responsibilities
