About The Position

Seeking two senior-level developers to support and enhance enterprise applications serving Iowans across state programs. These are hands-on roles covering .NET backend development and user-facing front-end, UI, and UX work. Candidates must be ready to work independently with modern best practices and enterprise design systems. The current environment uses Bootstrap and Material, with a transition toward an enterprise design system and AWS planned for the future. Accessibility is a core requirement: every deliverable must meet WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 standards. The work is weighted approximately 40% toward .NET and C# development, 40% toward front-end development, UI, and UX, 10% toward middleware and APIs, and 10% toward SQL Server, with accessibility central to all areas. Code samples or a portfolio showing front-end and UI work are required with every submission. The positions are fully remote, with candidates located in Iowa preferred.
