About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack .NET Developer to join our team in Lisle, IL. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days onsite per week, with a preference for local candidates. The role involves modernizing legacy applications, developing Web APIs, and ensuring application security, performance, and scalability.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with ASP.NET / .NET Core using C# (or VB.NET)
  • 4+ years of experience with ReactJS
  • Experience developing Web APIs using .NET Core
  • Strong experience with Unit Testing and API Testing
  • Experience modernizing legacy ASP.NET Web Forms applications to .NET Core + React
  • Strong understanding of HTML, XML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Expert-level SQL skills with complex queries and stored procedures
  • Experience working with SOAP and REST services
  • Strong understanding of OOP concepts, SOLID principles, and design patterns
  • Experience with code refactoring and application modernization
  • Understanding of GitFlow branching strategy
  • Knowledge of security, performance, and scalability best practices

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET / .NET Core and C#.
  • Create and manage Web APIs using .NET Core.
  • Modernize legacy ASP.NET Web Forms applications to .NET Core and React.
  • Write and execute Unit Tests and API Tests.
  • Develop complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Work with SOAP and REST services.
  • Apply OOP concepts, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
  • Refactor code and modernize applications.
  • Implement GitFlow branching strategy.
  • Adhere to security, performance, and scalability best practices.
