About The Position

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The role requires expertise in .NET technologies, front-end development, REST APIs, databases, and cloud platforms, along with experience working in Agile environments. The developer applies independent judgment to solve complex technical challenges across custom application development, system integrations, and business process automation. The role contributes to departmental productivity, data accuracy, and process efficiency across multiple business units; technical decisions influence application scalability, security, and long-term maintainability. The position works with UX Designers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA Testers, department stakeholders, and IT leadership, and reports to and works under the direction of the Senior Engineer and the Director. Work is primarily office-based, with remote collaboration and use of ticketing systems. Extended hours may be required during deployments, system integrations, or critical project milestones.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or business technology; applicants with a unique combination of education and work experience indicating potential for success may also be considered.
At least 3 years of full-stack software development experience, with a proven track record of delivering custom applications.
Production experience with React.js, TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive, accessible UI development using HTML5 and CSS3.
Experience building APIs and services with C# and ASP.NET Core.
Experience with RESTful API design, OAuth 2.0/JWT authentication, and ORM tools such as Entity Framework Core or Dapper.
Strong SQL Server skills, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and query optimization.
Experience with Azure SQL or similar managed databases.
Understanding of microservices/SOA architecture, Git workflows, Agile/Scrum delivery, and multi-environment management.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with frontend testing tools such as Jest and React Testing Library.
Node.js experience.
AWS experience.
Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate certification.
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
AWS Certified Developer certification.
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR, EDI transactions such as 837 and 835, or Medicare/Medicaid billing systems.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications across front-end, back-end, and database layers.
Partner with designers and product managers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Build responsive, accessible user interfaces that deliver a consistent, high-quality experience across browsers and devices.
Design, develop, and maintain secure RESTful APIs and backend services supporting scalable, reliable application functionality.
Design, implement, and optimize relational database structures for application performance and data integrity.
Manage source code and collaborate throughout the development lifecycle, following established version control and branching practices.
Deploy, configure, and maintain applications on Microsoft Azure, including building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Participate in Agile delivery, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Write and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues involving application performance, integrations, and system interoperability.
Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation.
Explore and integrate AI-powered capabilities, such as Microsoft Copilot or Azure AI services, into applications where applicable.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving cloud deployments and AI/ML integrations, and design solutions using modern frameworks, cloud-native services, and intelligent systems.
