About The Position

BNB Investor Academy teaches people, step by step, how to find, invest in, set up and manage high cash flowing short term rental properties on sites like Airbnb and VRBO. We have taught over 3,000 people, who collectively, have acquired over $1B in real estate, saved millions in taxes and cash flow millions per year. We also offer a mastermind program called BNB Boardroom, in which BNB Investor Academy members that have successfully launched properties can enroll in to further scale their portfolios. We are looking for someone that deeply understands how to run paid Ads (Meta, Google, YT), look at funnels, read numbers/metrics and optimise key performance indicators. This role would be a great fit for someone that knows how to structure and design winning campaigns, landing pages, and email marketing strategies. We spend 6 figures monthly into Ad campaigns and we’re looking for a seasoned full-stack marketer/media buyer that can improve funnel & conversion metrics, and optimise Ad spend across all channels.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years experience running Paid Acquisition Channels (Meta Ads, YT Ads, Google Ads) in the info-product industry (coaching/consulting)
  • Direct experience managing or overseeing six-figure monthly advertising budgets ($100,000+/month)
  • Experience marketing high-ticket info-product offers ($10,000-$20,000+ sales price preferred)
  • Proven track record generating qualified leads for coaching, education, investing, real estate, consulting, or similar businesses
  • Experience with webinar funnels, VSL funnels, application funnels, and appointment booking funnels
  • Experience using ClickFunnels or similar funnel-building platforms
  • Experience developing ad angles, hooks, offers, and messaging strategies
  • Strong understanding of direct response marketing principles

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize end-to-end funnels (through Clickfunnel).
  • Write copy for landing pages
  • Build and manage ClickFunnels assets.
  • Optimize: Opt-in pages, Webinar funnels, VSL funnels, Application funnels, Booking funnels, Upsell/downsell sequences
  • Identify bottlenecks and improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing on Headlines, Videos/Creatives, Testimonials, Case studies, Funnel layout, CTAs
  • Produce Paid Ads (strategy, copy/script, buyer persona, buyer journey, pain points, etc) for Meta/YouTube/Google Ads
  • Refine existing customer acquisition channels and test new ones.
  • Monitor key KPIs and overall funnel profitability.
  • Forecast lead/call volume and acquisition performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing on Headlines, Video ads/Creatives, Testimonials, Case studies
  • Repurpose testimonials across paid media campaigns (Ads, VSLs, Funnels) and email marketing campaigns
  • Refine targeting, messaging, and offers based on feedback from the sales team.
  • Analyze Ad & email campaign performance.
  • Develop & refine audience targeting strategies.
  • Identify winning campaigns and scale them.
  • Analyze competitor campaigns.
  • Use data to improve lead quality, appointment rates, show rates, and sales conversion rates.
  • Implement and maintain tracking infrastructure.
  • Ensure clean reporting across the funnel.
  • Diagnose data discrepancies.
  • Create feedback loops between marketing and sales teams.
  • Improve lead qualification processes.
  • Optimize application forms, opt-ins and booking processes.
  • Develop email nurture sequences.
  • Improve lead engagement.
  • Design processes for: Lead nurturing, Appointment reminders, No-show recovery, Re-engagement campaigns
  • Optimize email copy and segmentation.
