Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using agile methods
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks
  • 3+ years of experience with full-stack Python development
  • 2+ years of experience with JavaScript development
  • Experience configuring and maintaining customized Linux operation systems
  • Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, product management, and software products
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree, or 8+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience researching and implementing COTS cyber solutions software such as antivirus, content disarm, cross domain solutions, or data loss prevention
  • Experience working with containers such as Docker or Podman
  • Experience with Angular or similar front-end web frameworks
  • Experience developing Linux tools in support of automated workflows
  • Experience with cyber-centric teams and subject matter
  • Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience developing and maintaining automated tests
  • Experience acquiring client requirements
  • Master’s degree
  • Cyber Certifications such as Security+, CEH, or GSEC Certification

Responsibilities

  • Designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using agile methods
  • Writing source code for new applications or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications
  • Using back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions within a collaborative, cross-functional team
  • Mastering new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements
  • Helping clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies
  • Ensuring the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements
