About The Position

The Full stack developer is responsible for participating in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities. This role involves conducting tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, and model development. The developer will establish and implement new or revised applications systems and programs to meet specific business needs or user areas. Responsibilities include monitoring and controlling all phases of the development process (analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation) and providing user and operational support on applications to business users. The role requires utilizing in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems/issues, evaluate business and system processes, and apply industry standards. The developer will recommend and develop security measures in post-implementation analysis of business usage to ensure successful system design and functionality. This position involves consulting with users/clients and other technology groups on issues, recommending advanced programming solutions, and installing and assisting customer exposure systems. The developer will ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes. This role serves as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts and operates with a limited level of direct supervision, exercising independence of judgment and autonomy. The individual will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and/or other team members, appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made. This includes demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • 3 years of experience in developing with Java, Spring boot, J2EE
  • 1 year of experience in developing either with Angular
  • Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
  • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
  • Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
