About The Position

This role involves architecting AI-driven transformation and AIOps solutions, modernizing applications and operational processes with AI, and hands-on development using traditional ML, GenAI, RAG, and agentic frameworks. The position also includes integrating observability platforms, databases, cloud infrastructure, and APIs, and leading end-to-end client delivery from requirements to production.

Requirements

Hands-on AI/ML & Agentic Development
Python-based implementation
Experience with GenAI, RAG, and agentic frameworks
Experience with Google ADK, LangChain, and LangGraph
Experience with observability platforms, databases, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and monitoring tools
Client-facing experience from requirements and solution design through architecture, PoC, hands-on development, implementation, and production delivery

Responsibilities

Architect AI-driven transformation and AIOps solutions for client environments, identifying opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and operational intelligence.
Transform monolithic applications and traditional operational processes by identifying automation opportunities and implementing intelligent, AI-powered solutions.
Design and develop solutions using traditional ML, GenAI, RAG, and agentic frameworks such as Google ADK, LangChain, and LangGraph, with Python-based implementation.
Integrate observability platforms, databases, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and monitoring tools to build data-driven and intelligent operational solutions.
Work directly with clients from requirements and solution design through architecture, PoC, hands-on development, implementation, and production delivery, ensuring measurable business value.
