Full Stack Engineer (Java / AWS / Angular)
About The Position
Work as a hands-on Full Stack Engineer in a team of 7, supporting both new development and ongoing maintenance of an external facing training application. Design, develop, and enhance applications using Java (backend), Angular (frontend), and AWS (cloud services). Build and maintain high performance, reliable, and user-friendly web applications for lenders and trainers in the capital markets sector. Develop and maintain both UI components and backend services, supporting user workflows and data processing. Implement and automate testing across UI and backend layers; validate user stories end to end. Collaborate using GitHub-based workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews) and optionally leverage GitHub Copilot. Work directly in AWS environments, supporting application deployment, optimization, and cloud-native best practices. Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the stability of mission-critical applications. Collaborate closely within a development team and with product/engineering partners to deliver thoroughly tested solutions.
