Full Stack Engineer | $120k-$150k + Hybrid + Equity | Exciting High Growth AI Operational Intelligence Startup
About The Position
Our client is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale customer facing product capabilities across a modern AI native SaaS platform. You will work closely with leadership and engineering teams to build scalable frontend and backend systems powering enterprise workflows and AI driven product experiences. This role is hybrid, working onsite in Wayne, PA - 1 day per week, typically Tuesday or Thursday. The company is a fully funded, AI SaaS startup currently operating in stealth mode and preparing for rapid enterprise scale. They are building a next generation operational intelligence platform focused on solving massive workflow, visibility, and execution challenges across complex enterprise networks. Their platform combines AI workflows, real time data systems, and enterprise grade infrastructure to modernize how large organizations manage customer experience at scale. The company is currently in rapid growth mode, actively expanding its engineering organization as it continues advancing conversations and partnerships with enterprise customers across the industry. They have strong funding, experienced founders, real enterprise traction with product market fit, and a highly technical product vision centered around AI native infrastructure from day one.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years of software engineering experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.
- Product minded engineering approach with strong ownership mentality.
- Strong TypeScript and React experience.
- Backend experience with Node.js or modern backend frameworks.
- Basic Python familiarity.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Extremely organized and self sufficient with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with changing requirements.
- Excited to work in a startup environment with a track record of being adaptable to changing priorities in a fluid high growth environment.
- Proven experience working on entire features, from concept through to production deployment ensuring the feature is built and deployed in a timely fashion.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship customer facing product features across frontend and backend systems.
- Develop scalable APIs and application services supporting enterprise workflows.
- Build highly responsive and modern frontend experiences using React and TypeScript.
- Support platform scalability, reliability, and performance improvements.
- Participate in technical architecture and product design discussions.
- Help improve engineering workflows and development velocity.
- Contribute to rapid product iteration and startup execution.
