About The Position

You will be the Full Stack Asc for the 1LMX Digital Transformation team. Our team designs, develops, and sustains full‑stack applications for a new operational structure designed to streamline our processes and systems. As the Full Stack Asc you will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end software solutions on an enterprise level.

Requirements

Experience in full-stack web development with a focus on technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, Redux, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and TypeScript.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or relevant tools.
Knowledge of database design, storage, etc. May include familiarity with the development using Object Relational Mapping (ORM).
Understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices.
Must be a U.S. citizen.

Nice To Haves

Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Knowledge of security best practices and experience with security testing.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure, and PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Jest, Mocha) and experience with unit testing and integration testing.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications from front‑end UI to back‑end services.
Learning and exercising best practices and high‑quality code.
Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable software designs.
Assist in the maintenance and updates of the CI/CD pipeline implementation and ensure secure, reliable deployments.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve application reliability and maintainability.
