About The Position

This is an outstanding opportunity where you will play a key role on our engineering team within the Digital Experiences Technology division. You will contribute to architecting, building, testing, and crafting the features that improve Fidelity's Digital Experiences. Your leadership, guidance, and mentoring will be essential to the success of our team! Leading the development of innovative solutions that provide a flawless customer experience. Supporting and collaborating with an agile team to deliver best-in-class web applications. Coordinating with various collaborators to ensure the successful implementation of technical solutions.

Requirements

• Comprehensive software engineering experience spanning more than 6 years.
• Extensive experience decomposing sophisticated business problems into creative, efficient, and scalable solutions.
• Robust critical thinking skills coupled with a desire for growth and learning.
• Experience communicating technical needs to non-technical team members.
• Proficiency in both server-side (e.g., Java EE, Spring Boot) and client-side (e.g., Angular 14+, JavaScript) technologies.
• Experience with enterprise application architecture and orchestration frameworks such as Apache Camel.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in financial services.
• DevOps concepts governing SCM, continuous integration, monitoring, and deployment processes.
• Client-side unit testing frameworks and test runners like Jasmine and Karma.
• Docker containerization and AWS cloud deployment.
• The W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines implementation.
• GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools.
