About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, develop and maintain robust applications, and design efficient data pipelines for AI model training and inference. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues across the full stack and AI integrations, staying updated with the latest technological advancements, and leading development teams to foster best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and Angular with strong full-stack development experience.
• Solid knowledge of Java and experience with backend frameworks like Spring, Flask, or Django.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, especially AWS services.
• Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and end-to-end SDLC.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with other front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of Node.js or other backend technologies.
• Prior involvement in release/change management processes.
• Exposure to data engineering concepts and building data pipelines.
• Experience working in highly regulated or enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and refine requirements, aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
• Develop robust front-end applications using Angular and back-end services primarily in Python and Java.
• Architect, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and maintain efficient data pipelines for GenAI model training and inference.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack and AI integrations to ensure high availability and performance.
• Keep abreast of latest advancements in Full-stack technologies, and cloud platforms.
• Lead and mentor development teams, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
