Full Stack Engineer
About The Position
Join an awesome team of developers working on web-based microservices systems hosted on AWS. Collaborate in a dynamic environment to build and maintain scalable, cloud-native solutions. Participates in analysis and design activities to produce a viable system design that fits within the overall system architecture whilst addressing all the elicited requirements. Designs, develops and maintains robust backend and frontend services in a wide range of technologies. Follows established development and testing procedures to ensure quality software development that meets the requirements. Creates and maintains documentation regarding systems being developed to ensure long-term maintainability.
Requirements
- Proficient Laravel developer with strong expertise in PHP
- Solid experience with Laravel or other web frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django, or similar)
- Experience working with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
- Experience with both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
- Clear and effective communicator with the ability to produce concise technical documentation and support software releases
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-directed team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Angular or other modern front-end frameworks
- Startup experience
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with Mono repos, Micro services and Kubernetes
