About The Position

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Engineer to help build scalable AI capabilities for Fidelity Wealth. In this role, you will partner with business, product, architecture, data, and platform teams to turn Wealth priorities into secure, reliable solutions that help advisors work more effectively and improve customer experiences.

Requirements

Strong technical fundamentals and the ability to learn and apply new technologies effectively.
Familiarity with modern programming languages, frameworks, algorithms, data structures, and common design patterns.
A test-first approach and commitment to quality engineering practices.
Clear communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3 plus years of software engineering experience, or a master’s degree with 1 plus years of experience.
Understanding of software design principles and experience applying them to build reliable, maintainable systems.
Experience developing software with at least one modern language, such as Python, Node.js, or Java.
Experience with, or exposure to, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience using GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or Claude.
Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and a growth mindset.
Ability to collaborate effectively, embrace feedback, and deliver on commitments.
