About The Position
We are seeking our first new graduate engineer to join our team. In this role, you will ship features to production within your first week, engage with customers within your first month, and take ownership of significant product areas within your first quarter. You will collaborate directly with the entire company and senior engineers who are dedicated to accelerating your development into an exceptional engineer.
Requirements
- Graduating in 2025 or 2026 with a degree in computer science, or self-taught with an equivalent foundation.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Insatiably curious. You read about how things work for fun, and you go deep when something doesn't make sense.
- Excited to bring new tooling and new ways of thinking to the team.
- A track record of building things: internships, OSS, side projects, hackathons, course projects you took further than you had to.
- Excited to be in person in NYC four days a week, learning from people sitting next to you
Responsibilities
- Ship features end-to-end across our platform: frontend, backend, and the model orchestration layer in between
- Build internal tools that make our team and our customers faster
- Own customer problems end to end as part of the engineering team
- Push new features to our users daily
