About The Position
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building modern web applications and must have worked in either the FinTech or Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. You will be responsible for developing end-to-end solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable, secure, and reliable applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
- Mandatory: Experience in either the Food & Beverage (F&B) or FinTech industry.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, REST APIs, and database design.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Develop and enhance features for our POS and Inventory Management System (IMS).
- Build secure, reliable, and high-performance backend services and APIs.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications.
- Resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
- Participate in application deployments and ensure smooth production releases.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
