Flexion describes its culture as based on autonomy, trust, transparency, low hierarchy, collaboration, and constructive feedback. Team members are expected to take responsibility for shared success, contribute across analysis, development, and design as needed, adapt to changing priorities, and continuously improve themselves, their teams, and their processes. Teams collaborate online in small groups about 50% of the time and aim to develop demonstrable software every week or two.
