About The Position

Glint Tech Solutions is hiring a Full Stack Engineer in Plano, TX. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in the office. The position involves building scalable backend services using Python, migrating legacy Java/Spring Boot projects, integrating with Databricks, and enabling secure AI-driven frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, particularly with Python and Java/Spring Boot, along with experience in Databricks and AI tooling.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of backend development experience.
• Strong Python stack expertise (APIs, ingestion, Databricks).
• Solid Spring Boot, Spring JPA, Spring Security knowledge.
• Deep Java 17+ understanding (functional programming, multithreading, JVM tuning).
• Hands-on Databricks experience.
• Exposure to AI frameworks and guardrails.
• Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable backend services using Python.
• Support the migration of legacy Java/Spring Boot projects to Python.
• Design and maintain data pipelines with Databricks.
• Implement OAuth2 and OIDC for secure authentication and authorization.
• Create backend frameworks that enable Agentic AI tools and APIs.
• Optimize database schemas using Python and understand Spring Data JPA/Hibernate flows.
• Convert legacy Java code into Python.
