About The Position

SellScale is building Selix.ai, a virtual teammate designed to handle a team's entire outbound process. We are seeking a Remote Full Stack Software Engineer to contribute across the backend, frontend, and database. The role involves significant involvement in shipping AI/agentic features.

Requirements

• Interest in AI, including agentic apps. Production AI experience is not required, but prior experience making an agentic app or calling LLM APIs is necessary. Hackathons and extensive side projects are acceptable.
• Ability to work remotely from Bangalore, specifically during daytime India hours.
• Solid Computer Science fundamentals, including an undergraduate degree in CS.
• Proficiency in shipping across the stack: React/Typescript (Front-end), Python (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, or Django) (Back-end), and SQL experience (e.g., Postgres) (Database).
• Interest in joining an early-stage startup as one of the first employees.
• Strong Python, JavaScript, React, React Native, Flask, PSQL, and LLM-prompting skills.
• Great prompting skills and knowledge of agentic systems (including building your own from scratch).
• Strong communication skills for our non-technical userbase, and very technical team.
• Strong English proficiency as sales, prompting, and LLMs all deal with language.

Responsibilities

• Shipping across the stack - backend, frontend, and database.
• Quickly getting involved with shipping AI/agentic features.
• Working during daytime India hours to contribute to shipping velocity.
• Solving problems independently with minimal senior leadership guidance.
• Focusing on shipping code.
• Working fearlessly across the entire stack (backend / frontend / design / infra / tooling).
• Communicating effectively with a non-technical userbase and a very technical team.
• Utilizing strong English communication skills for sales, prompting, and LLMs.
