About The Position

We are a rapidly growing tech company focused on AI Voice. We are looking for a talented and passionate Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative products. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our web applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in full stack web development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong experience with back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., Python/Django, Node.js/Express, Ruby on Rails, Java/Spring Boot).
• Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Contributions to open-source projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across the full stack.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
