About The Position

This role focuses on leveraging AI-augmented development to accelerate cycles, improve code quality, and enhance team throughput. The engineer will set the standard for AI-first engineering practices and coach the team on effective prompt engineering and agentic workflows. Responsibilities include designing and developing scalable, high-performance solutions, collaborating with product owners and scrum masters, participating in agile processes, driving cloud solution adoption, and communicating project updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Actively leverage AI coding tools (such as Claude Code and/or Cursor) to accelerate development cycles, improve code quality, and multiply team throughput.
• Set the standard for AI-first engineering practices and coach the team on effective prompt engineering and agentic workflows.
• Work closely with the team to design and develop scalable, high-performance solutions in line with project goals and company standards.
• Partner with product owners and the scrum master to prioritize tasks and stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, providing input on team velocity and progress.
• Drive the adoption and integration of cloud solutions (such as AWS and Snowflake).
• Regularly communicate project updates, challenges, and technical decisions to senior management and key stakeholders.
