The Full Stack Developer will be a key member of Leader Bank’s Technology Development Team, helping design, build, deploy, and support modern web applications, APIs, integrations, and automation solutions that support the Bank’s continued digital transformation. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
1–2 years of professional software application development experience, internship experience, or demonstrable hands-on project experience.
Experience developing applications using JavaScript, Vue.js, React, PHP, Python, or comparable modern technologies.
Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs.
Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MariaDB.
Good understanding of Git, source control best practices, pull request workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD concepts.
Basic understanding of cloud-native application development principles.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
Familiarity with AWS services such as S3, RDS, Bedrock, CloudWatch, Lambda, or comparable cloud services.
Foundational understanding of AI and LLM technologies, especially their application in workflow automation, developer productivity, business process improvement, and applied software development.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, written communication skills, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, deploy, document, and support modern web applications, internal tools, integrations, and APIs.
Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces using Vue.js, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.
Design and develop backend services, business logic, and system integrations using Python.
Create, consume, and maintain RESTful APIs for internal and external system integrations.
Work with AWS cloud services to deploy, monitor, secure, and maintain applications.
