About The Position

The Remote Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high‑performance web applications across both front‑end and back‑end environments. This role requires strong technical expertise, autonomy, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fully remote, distributed team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–5+ years of professional full‑stack development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in front‑end technologies: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Solid experience with back‑end languages: Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or Ruby on Rails.
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with relational or NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Docker).
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate effectively in a remote‑first environment.

  • Experience with microservices, GraphQL, or event‑driven architectures.
  • Background in R&D, prototyping, or evaluating emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, build, test, and deploy full‑stack applications, ensuring reliability, security, and maintainability.
  • Develop responsive, accessible user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Implement server‑side logic, APIs, and integrations using languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or Ruby on Rails.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Design, Data Science, QA) to deliver high‑impact features.
  • Optimize application performance across the stack, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
  • Participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and uphold engineering best practices.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work autonomously in a remote environment, owning features end‑to‑end and ensuring timely delivery.
