About The Position

Following rapid expansion across North America, we are looking for an agile, proactive Full-Stack Developer based in the US to join our global R&D team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our core Israeli development team and our growing US client base. You’ll work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment—handling end-to-end feature development while providing vital, real-time R&D presence and escalation support during US business hours.

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience, with strong proficiency in backend (Node.js or Python) and modern frontend frameworks (React preferred).
Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL) as well as NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
Comfortable working in cloud-native environments (AWS and Kubernetes are strong advantages).
Proven experience operating effectively in dynamic, remote, or distributed teams with a strong sense of ownership and a "can-do" mindset.
You actively integrate AI tools into your daily development workflows to boost efficiency, with a solid understanding of their strengths and limitations.
Fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work seamlessly across time zones and communicate clearly with both technical peers and cross-functional teams. (Hebrew is a plus, but not required).

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of features in a dynamic startup environment, collaborating with Product, Design, and international engineering teammates.
Thrive in a flexible, remote work culture—operating primarily in US time zones, with the adaptability to align with global/Israeli R&D hours when key projects require it.
Serve as a key R&D point of contact during US operational hours, working closely with local client-facing teams and ensuring critical R&D support when our clients need it most.
Work with a high degree of independence—taking full ownership of complex tasks, customer-facing issues, and urgent bugs from assignment to resolution, without needing hands-on supervision.
