About The Position

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to design and build real-time UIs that present coherent visualizations of market activity, system performance, and trading operations, giving traders intuitive control over complex systems. You will develop and maintain internal tooling and dashboards that surface actionable insights from live financial and operational data. This role involves close collaboration with traders, quant researchers, and algo developers to understand workflows and translate them into reliable software solutions. You will also identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve existing systems across the trading lifecycle, taking end-to-end ownership of projects from initial scoping and design through implementation, deployment, and long-term maintenance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a trading environment focusing on building backend processes and UIs
• Degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and related frameworks, with a track record of building and shipping production-grade full stack applications
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, particularly alongside algorithmic developers and traders
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, system design, and clean code practices
