About The Position

Alliance HCM is looking for a full-time Full Stack Developer to join their team in The Woodlands, TX. This role offers the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth and evolution of industry-leading HR and payroll software. The Full Stack Developer will spend their days designing, building, and maintaining solutions across the full technology stack, from engaging front-end experiences to robust back-end functionality. They will collaborate closely with a talented team of developers to enhance the Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Employee Self-Service, Payroll, and HR platforms, troubleshoot and optimize systems used daily by hundreds of thousands of users, and work with internal stakeholders and external developers to ensure seamless integrations and exceptional performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL Server
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and maintaining solutions across the full technology stack, from engaging front-end experiences to robust back-end functionality.
