About The Position

We are a well-funded, cutting-edge fintech startup operating in the United States insurance software industry. We leverage innovative technologies to provide comprehensive solutions that streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of insurance operations. As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking experienced and driven Full Stack Developers and Software Engineers to join our dynamic team. We are looking for Intermediate to Senior Full Stack Developers with a strong foundation in Microsoft technologies, including C#, SQL Server, and ideally Blazor. The ideal candidates will have 3 to 7+ years of experience developing scalable, enterprise-grade software systems. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimising our suite of insurance software applications. This is a hands-on role for individuals who enjoy building high-performance systems in a startup environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Informatics, or a related field.
• 3-7+ years of professional experience in software development, especially with Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET, SQL Server).
• Solid experience with full-stack development, including front-end, backend, and database integration.
• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile/scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of insurance industry processes, compliance, or software systems.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Blazor and building Web APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to the design, architecture, and implementation of robust software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using best practices and modern frameworks.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance where required.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends relevant to the fintech and insurance sectors.
