Full Stack Developer with AI
About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with experience in AI to join our team. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications and enterprise solutions. You will be responsible for building and consuming RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed applications, as well as developing responsive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks. A key aspect of this role will be integrating AI-powered capabilities such as chatbots, recommendation engines, intelligent search, and document processing solutions, working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI services like Azure OpenAI or OpenAI APIs. The position requires implementing secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions, developing and optimizing database structures, performing unit testing, and collaborating effectively within an Agile environment. You will also participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical design discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
- Experience building enterprise web applications using modern technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment.
- Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot), .NET Core, or Node.js.
- Expertise in REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and backend development patterns.
- Experience with authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth2, JWT).
- Hands-on experience with Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-powered application development.
- Experience integrating AI services such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong experience with SQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

- Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud-native application development.
- Understanding of application security, OWASP standards, and secure coding practices.
- Experience with performance optimization and scalability improvements.
- Microsoft Azure or AWS certifications.

- Exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end web applications and enterprise solutions.
