About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who is passionate about designing and building modern cloud-native applications. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives by designing, developing, and deploying scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise solutions. You will work across the full technology stack, from intuitive front-end experiences and robust APIs to cloud infrastructure, DevOps automation, security, and performance optimization. The position plays a key role in supporting the delivery of modern digital services and business-critical applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least five (5) years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
• Proven experience designing and building scalable cloud-native applications.
• Strong experience delivering secure, high-quality software solutions in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in modern front-end technologies including: HTML CSS JavaScript React or Angular
• Strong backend development experience using one or more of: Node.js Python Java
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Experience working with major cloud platforms including: Microsoft Azure Amazon Web Services (AWS) Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with: Kubernetes Docker Containerized applications Serverless computing
• Strong understanding of database technologies including: SQL databases NoSQL databases Cosmos DB
• Experience with: CI/CD pipelines Automated testing Infrastructure as Code
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

• Design solutions that support high availability, resilience, and operational efficiency.
• Apply serverless computing patterns where appropriate.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and service integrations.
• Develop secure and reliable interfaces between enterprise applications.
• Ensure application interoperability across multiple business systems.
• Implement standards for API governance, performance, and security.
• Support integrations with external services and platforms.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that automate application delivery.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code practices to support deployment, scaling, and operational consistency.
• Automate build, testing, release, and deployment processes.
• Support cloud infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Contribute to DevOps and platform engineering improvements across projects.
• Implement security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Design solutions that comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct application testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Support functional and non-functional testing activities.
• Monitor and optimize application performance.
• Implement caching, load balancing, and other optimization strategies to improve responsiveness and reliability.
• Ensure applications maintain high levels of availability, scalability, and security.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides.
• Maintain clear code documentation and development standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to platforms, processes, and engineering practices.
