About The Position

Softtek Government Solutions is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our growing team! In this role, you will develop and maintain a software application for a high-profile customer as part of an agile scrum team.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in related field or equivalent work experience can be substituted instead of a degree.
6+ years of IT Experience design, develop, and maintain both new and existing software applications
Programming in modern JavaScript, Angular, C# NET, SQL, HTML, and CSS
Experience developing front-end / user interface development
Experience developing middle tier, business logic, REST APIs, web services
Experience developing backend, integrations, SQL/T-SQL, Postgres or SQL Server
Experience with Automated Test Development with xUnit
Experience using Github Codespaces integrated development environment
Strong verbal and written English language communication
US Citizenship
Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

Preference given to candidates having existing TS clearance

Responsibilities

Design and code software application code that meet functional and non-functional requirements as well as user acceptance criteria.
Create software code, unit tests and assist with encoding, testing, debugging, and documentation
Understand client requirements and prepare designs for translating those into software applications
Perform installation of code releases and patches and write scripts or programs for IT applications
Troubleshooting production issues, deploying application and configuration components, automation and upgrade.
Utilize GitHub Copilot genAI features and “vibe coding” practices to accelerate software development tasks include analysis, design, programming, and validation.
