About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React (60%) and Backend development (40%). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Strong experience with React.js
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS
- Experience with state management tools (Redux, Context API)
- Familiarity with REST APIs and asynchronous programming
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js / Java / .NET
- Strong understanding of RESTful API development
- Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL like PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in an onsite collaborative environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with TypeScript
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Prior experience in enterprise-level applications
Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and high-performance front-end applications using React.js
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive user interfaces
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
- Integrate front-end components with backend APIs
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to deliver features
