We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on professional experience to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across our backend and frontend stack. You will work within a microservices architecture deployed on Kubernetes, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional, hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in C# with the .NET framework, and/or Java with the Spring Boot framework.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Next.js for frontend development.
  • Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
  • Practical experience with Git for version control and collaborative development workflows.
  • Understanding of and experience working within a microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) for container orchestration.
  • Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization tools beyond Kubernetes (e.g., Docker).

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using C# (.NET) and/or Java (Spring Boot) for backend services and Next.js for the frontend.
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs and services within a microservices architecture.
  • Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and stored procedures for performance and reliability.
  • Develop, deploy, and manage containerized services orchestrated with Kubernetes (K8s).
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, and participate actively in code reviews.
  • Use Git for version control, following branching and collaboration best practices.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot application health and performance using observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki (a plus).
  • Operate confidently in Linux server environments for development, debugging, and deployment tasks.
  • Collaborate with product managers, QA, DevOps, and other engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and participate in architecture and design discussions.
