Full Stack Developer
About The Position
Alliance HCM is looking for a full-time Full Stack Developer to join their team in The Woodlands, TX. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the growth and evolution of their HR and payroll software. The developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining solutions across the full technology stack, collaborating with a team to enhance platforms such as Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Employee Self-Service, Payroll, and HR. They will also troubleshoot and optimize systems, and work with stakeholders to ensure seamless integrations and performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL Server
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Designing, building, and maintaining solutions across the full technology stack, from front-end experiences to back-end functionality.
- Collaborating closely with a talented team of developers to enhance Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Employee Self-Service, Payroll, and HR platforms.
- Troubleshooting and optimizing systems used daily by hundreds of thousands of users.
- Working with internal stakeholders and external developers to ensure seamless integrations and exceptional performance.
