About The Position

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join our Montreal-based team (hybrid). You will work across the full development lifecycle — improving and maintaining existing applications while also building new solutions from scratch. We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with practical, business-minded judgment. Requirements

Strong experience with JavaScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3.
Proficiency in Python, Django, and API development.
Solid experience with SQL databases.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Microsoft Azure.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to balance technical quality with practical, business-oriented decision-making.

Nice To Haves

Experience in supply chain or related domains.
Familiarity with additional frameworks, tools, or cloud platforms.
Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications and APIs.
Improve existing systems by troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and adding new features.
Build new applications and features from concept to deployment.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Design and integrate RESTful APIs.
Monitor application performance and resolve production issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Make pragmatic, business-aware decisions to prioritize work and maximize impact.
