About The Position

We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in both .NET and PHP development, combined with solid network and systems administration expertise. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid position, building and maintaining applications while also managing infrastructure, security, and system performance. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, while ensuring the underlying systems and networks are secure, scalable, and efficient. This is a hybrid role combining software development and IT infrastructure responsibilities. Candidates should be comfortable working across both domains.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with .NET (C#) and PHP development
  • Solid knowledge of MySQL and SQL Server
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments
  • Proficiency in Linux administration
  • Experience managing Windows Server environments
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services
  • Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs)
  • Experience with virtualization technologies
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Experience migrating infrastructure and systems to the cloud
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and logging systems
  • Experience in high-availability and scalable system design
  • Security certifications or relevant experience in cybersecurity
  • Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET (C#) and PHP
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
  • Optimize application performance and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
  • Design, manage, and optimize databases using MySQL and SQL Server
  • Write efficient queries, stored procedures, and data models
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and performance
  • Deploy, manage, and monitor applications using Docker containers
  • Administer Linux servers (installation, configuration, maintenance)
  • Manage Windows Server environments and Active Directory
  • Configure and maintain virtual machines and virtualization platforms
  • Work with Microsoft Azure for cloud deployments and services
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
  • Implement and maintain security best practices (firewalls, access control, patching)
  • Ensure system and data protection through backups and disaster recovery planning
  • Identify vulnerabilities and proactively address risks
