Requirements

• Proficiency in modern frontend development using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Strong backend expertise in Python.
• Extensive experience designing and consuming Web APIs.
• Practical experience with relational/SQL databases and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices.
• Strong hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, pytest, xUnit).
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with a distributed team across various time zones.
• Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering" (building scalable, real-time data architectures rather than just writing scripts).

Nice To Haves

• Basic level of familiarity or hands-on experience with Databricks, PySpark, .NET, Azure, or GitHub.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
• Advanced Oral English.
• Advanced Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dynamic, responsive web applications using React with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Develop, scale, and maintain high-performance backend services and data pipelines using Python.
• Work effectively with both relational/SQL databases and NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth, automated deployments.
• Maintain rigorous unit tests to ensure high code quality, reliability, and system performance.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively across a globally distributed team.
