About The Position
At LBAPS, we’re building innovative systems that support children, families, and professionals across the healthcare and ABA space. We’re looking for a skilled and driven Full-Stack Developer to join our growing in-office team in Brooklyn and help develop technology solutions that truly make a difference. This is an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects, work closely with leadership and operations teams, and build scalable applications used in real-world clinical and business settings.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, Django, and React
- Proven full-stack development experience in production environments
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with APIs, databases, and modern development workflows is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using Python (Django) and React
- Develop and launch features from concept through deployment
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve workflows and user experience
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core systems and integrations
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and evolution of internal technology platforms
