Intertek is searching for an Full Stack Developer III to join our Connected World team. This is a REMOTE role. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow a versatile career in IT! Requirements

• 5 years professional programming experience.
• Proficient in at least 2 of these languages: Python, PHP, JavaScript, C#, C, C++, SQL, Java
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge in coding concepts, networking, multithreading etc.
• Good database architecture methodology
• Comfortable with Linux CLI
• Comfortable using AI systems to increase productivity
• Model Intertek’s 10X Energies at all times within the work place, practicing business the right way
• Be aware of, and adhere to, safety practices and policies to ensure your own safety, as well as the safety of others who may be affected by your actions at work
• Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities and demanding deadlines
• Must be detailed-oriented and able to effectively prioritize and organize workload, with efficient time management
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively in verbal written and presentation formats
• Must possess the fundamental technical and administrative skills required to perform the job duties
• Must be customer focused and quality driven
• Ability to travel as business needs dictate

Nice To Haves

• Willingness to learn a new technology or language on a regular basis is a must.
• Comfortable with AI assisted coding and building out agentic system.
• Ability to quantify development risk to timelines and knowing how to anticipate risks are also important.

Responsibilities

• Take high level feature requests and implement them.
• Take the time to understand the big picture and the “why” to each feature.
• Carefully code and test to produce nearly bug free code.
• Constantly want to grow and learn new skills.
