Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company (GTL) is currently seeking an Full Stack Developer 3 - AI to join our team! Requirements

Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in software development.
Possess a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or similar, or equivalent experience.
Possess professional working experience with LLMs, RAG, NLP, ML solutions.
Having demonstrated a solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles, with a track record of developing high-quality, maintainable code.
Excellent problem-solving skills, while exhibiting high enthusiasm to tackle complex challenges in AI development and deployment.
Prior experience leveraging Azure AI Foundry and machine learning services to deploy, monitor, and maintain solutions.
Strong software engineering foundation with a commitment to delivering high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code
Proven ability to stay updated with state-of-the-art techniques through continuous research and application.
Strong ability to adapt quickly to evolving project scopes.
Passionate about creating intuitive technology solutions and a continuous desire to learn and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

Develop state-of-the art machine learning models and leverage LLMs to solve real-world problems.
Collaborate with business, operations, and other technology colleagues to understand AI needs and devise possible solutions.
Develop end-to-end pipelines and operationalize the end-to-end orchestration of models to support the various use cases like Document Q&A, Search, Information Retrieval, classification, personalization, etc.
Develop solutions to successfully implement the large AI/ML initiatives of the organization.
Assist project management teams and product owners in defining problem statements, execution roadmap, and incremental milestones.
Collaborate with others to identify impactful projects, influence key decisions with data, and ensure effective use of AI based technologies.
Work autonomously to design, develop and deploy solutions.
Collaborate with data owners to analyze large datasets to uncover insights and trends that inform product development and personalized customer experiences
Continuously monitor and improve the performance of deployed models, ensuring they meet business objectives and scalability requirements.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, data science and engineering, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services.
