About The Position
Join a high-impact team as a Full Stack Developer (Frontend Focus) and drive the UI modernization of an enterprise healthcare CIAM portal—the secure login gateway for hospital users and admins. You’ll leverage modern React, TypeScript, and AWS EKS cloud technologies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, delivering next-gen identity management experiences for a leading health tech provider. This is a long-term, multi-year engagement with immediate opportunities for meaningful technical ownership and career advancement.
Requirements
- Expert-level React and TypeScript (hooks, Redux Toolkit)
- Advanced CSS (design tokens, Grid, Flexbox, accessible animation)
- Build tooling expertise (Vite, Webpack)
- Form state and validation (React Hook Form, Zod)
- Accessibility-first development (ARIA, keyboard navigation, WCAG 2.1 AA)
- Translating Figma/high-fidelity prototypes into production code
- Hands-on experience with ForgeRock AM or IDM, OAuth2/OIDC, SCIM, and RBAC in SPAs
- AWS EKS deployment, Docker, and Nginx (containerized builds, CI/CD pipelines)
Nice To Haves
- Experience migrating from CRA to Vite or removing styled-components
- Cypress/E2E testing
- Background in healthcare or HIPAA-compliant environments
Responsibilities
- Lead migration from Create React App to Vite, upgrading React, TypeScript, and React Router
- Implement new design system—adopt design tokens, CSS custom properties, utility classes; remove legacy CSS-in-JS
- Develop robust app shell (sticky header, collapsible dark sidebar, footer) and engaging dashboard surfaces (animated hero, onboarding stepper, app tile grid)
- Build admin features: sortable tables, advanced filters, pagination, search, and multi-step modal wizards with validation and API integration
- Integrate UI components with authenticated user state, SCIM/IDM APIs, and entitlement data
- Maintain and extend ForgeRock journeys for login, MFA, identity verification, and user self-service tasks
- Deploy and validate in AWS EKS Kubernetes namespaces (dev, sandbox, UAT) using CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead on architecture, design reviews, and code quality
