About The Position

Full Stack Data Development Talent Pool for upcoming assignments Remote, Work-from-Home Must be a U.S. Citizen able to obtain Secret Clearance. @Orchard LLC is anticipating a need for several Full Stack Data Development Engineers to support the Federal Government on several remote assignments. Our objective is to identify qualified and interested prospects so that we are ready to react rapidly as needs arise. You will need to be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a clearance.

Requirements

• Experience in data engineering, AI/ML, analytics, or software development roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• API development and system integration
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical execution ability
• Ability to operate effectively in client-facing consulting environments
• Experience supporting federal or regulated environments
• Must be a U.S. Citizen able to obtain Secret Clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Strong experience with Databricks and/or PySpark preferred
• Experience with NLP, LLMs, or advanced analytics
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Familiarity with data governance, auditability, and secure data handling

Responsibilities

• Build data-driven applications, APIs, and backend services
• Integrate data pipelines into production systems
• Support system design, orchestration, and automation
• Contribute to end-to-end solution delivery
• Deliver client-facing data solutions in federal environments
• Translate business needs into production-grade technical systems
• Operate in Agile teams and support the full delivery lifecycle
• Develop audit-ready documentation, SOPs, and technical artifacts
• Contribute to Iberia’s internal platforms, accelerators, and innovation
