About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Architect with deep expertise in React and modern web technologies to lead architecture and development for enterprise-scale digital platforms. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to collaborate across distributed teams.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular) and back-end frameworks (Spring Boot, Express.js)
• Strong knowledge on building and hosting application in AWS framework
• Hands on experience on Postgres to host and manage application database
• Hands-on experience on spring boot frameworks based on Java, Python language
• Deep understanding integration frameworks using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and SOAP.
• Experience with AEM integration and modern web frameworks.
• Expertise in microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and domain-driven design.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• 10+ years in full stack development, with at least 3 years in an architect role.
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in insurance or regulated industries preferred.
• Exposure to Angular as a secondary skill.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead front-end architecture for React-based applications.
• Design scalable, modular, and reusable component libraries.
• Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and AEM architects for cohesive solutions.
• Build and maintain front-end components using React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Integrate front-end code with backend APIs and AEM components.
• Use tools like Storybook for UI component development and testing.
• Work with Java/Spring Boot or Node.js for backend services.
• Ensure seamless integration with APIs and cloud services.
• Mentor teams, enforce best practices, and drive technical excellence.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and stakeholders.
• Optimize for accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Manage dependencies and ensure security and stability.
