Requirements

6+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using object-oriented technologies such as .NET or Java
3+ years of experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
Experience developing APIs, back-end services, and system integrations
Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, Netezza, or DB2
Experience troubleshooting application defects and supporting deployments or production environments
Experience identifying and resolving Section 508 accessibility issues
Experience applying responsive and user-centered design principles
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, or Information Systems

Nice To Haves

Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria
Experience with functional, integration, regression, accessibility, security, or user acceptance testing
Experience tracking and validating defects using Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
Experience with automated unit, API, front-end, performance, or accessibility testing tools
Experience with Agile, Kanban, DevSecOps, or CI/CD practices
Experience with SAS, Python, R, or cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
Experience supporting federal, healthcare, or other regulated environments
Knowledge of secure coding practices, vulnerability remediation, or the OWASP Top 10
Software Development, Testing, Accessibility, Cloud, AI, or Cybersecurity Certifications
