About The Position

Our client, a leader in commercial real estate management, is developing portfolio management tools for their staff and clients. They are seeking a strong Full Stack AI Engineer who can translate product vision into powerful AI applications. This role requires expertise in AI & LLM implementation as well as front-end technologies like React. As the first internal engineer, you will be a strong individual contributor responsible for taking products from inception to delivery and will serve as the foundation for a growing team. This is a permanent, full-time position with a compensation of $150,000 - $200,000 annually plus benefits. The role offers a unique opportunity to shape product vision in a flat, autonomous environment, acting as the lead software authority.

Requirements

• Strong in React/Typescript UI Development
• Strong in SQL
• Strong in AI/LLM Workflow Development
• Strong in Cloud Environments (AWS preferred)
• Strong in AI-Assisted Development
